- 01Confirm the exact model, package contents, quantity, body / lens mount, media, power, and compatibility.
- 02Provide rental dates and explicitly agreed billable days or weeks. Pickup, return, delivery, setup, and crew needs are confirmed separately.
- 03Confirm availability, coverage or insurance reference, supplier terms, and any separate security hold before booking.

Defined stands, clamps and sandbag package; no labor included.
- Billable quantity & period
- Quantity × the agreed number of billable periods × $125 daily or $375 weekly, unless a negotiated per-unit rate is agreed. Company and project-size factors do not multiply rental prices.
- Weekly planning policy
- Published weekly rates equal three daily charges. Calendar days are not automatically converted into billable weeks.
- 8% G&A & applicable tax
- G&A applies to eligible rental costs. Tax requires a verified jurisdiction, rate, and taxable base or documented exemption. Unverified tax remains pending.
- Coverage, delivery & inclusions
- Coverage and delivery may be separate costs. The proposal lists package contents; equipment already included in another package is not charged twice.
- Refundable security hold
- Any refundable security hold is separate from the estimate and is excluded from G&A and tax. The amount and supplier terms require confirmation.
