Establish a World Class Manufacturing continuous improvement program for plant operations.
Approach
Established the WCM continuous improvement program and a Non-Conforming Material Review Process. Trained 15 Production Managers as WCM practitioners and led more than 40 improvement projects.
Outcome
The résumé reports a 30% increase in Direct Labor Efficiency, alongside 15 Production Managers trained and more than 40 successful improvement projects.
